My Intro

I still remember the day as if it has happened just yesterday when dad brought the most influential tangible yet intangible electronic box home. My tryst with the idiot box started and is still going strong unlike the many affairs that I have pitiably envisioned but nothing could beat the magic of the television and it has become an integral part of my life ever since. Although it was a single sided communication it was and is I should say the most effective communication that has literally been- the pursuit of happiness from my thought process point of view. Coming to the point of views, my dad had a different point altogether wanting my career to be in the tangible sector, he wanted me to become an electronics engineer but the intangibility aspect appealed to me and I was hooked to the creative world and its glitz. I started building up my Creative Quotient along with the general Intelligence Quotient and have perceived the various verticals of creative communication and my perceptive results gave me the necessary push to pursue my dreams in the land of glamour. My creative journey began 4 years ago and after having studied the craft of screen writing by interpreting a number of films and going through books of repute from authors like Syd Field, Stanislavski and Strasberg my horizons widened. Treatment became my strong point and I doctored a number of screenplays for various production houses. I learnt the craft of film making during this process and I could surely announce that I have an eye for detail and aesthetics which is an essentially strong point in the visual media. Then came the era of reality television and there was a sudden shift in the paradigm, even the superstars of the Silver screen focused on capitalizing on the ever growing popularity of the television and these instances had me thinking about the career prospects television offers along with the truth that your work reaches out to huge numbers just with the touch of a button unlike the movie line where a viewer needs to take time out and visit a cinema. I have become a part of that one sided communication but from the other side of the tube since then. Finally I conclude the now naked part of my professional life by using a quote by somebody anonymous- ‘a pat on the back is just a few inches away from the kick on the butt’ and this funny quote filled in me a sense of caution and passion I need to put in when making some ‘reality bytes’ or reality bites. Since it is all about communication and with netizens increasing by the core I shifted my focus to the captivating world of web and here I am- your primary source for all entertainment related issues. I wish to share my expressions, experiences, anecdotes, antidotes, that have come my way all these years…I know you want something straight from the horse’s mouth so hang on…watch this space tomorrow.
